7. Additional Costs Required

Internet connection fees and communication charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Payment Methods

• App Version: In-app purchase as determined by Apple or Google                                        

9. Service Start Time

Users can start using the service immediately after completing the purchase process.

10. Payment Timing

Monthly Subscription Fees:

Payment is required at the time of subscription to the service plan. Unless the subscription is canceled, it will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. A subscription month is defined as the period from the subscription date to the same date of the following month. Cancellation must be completed by the day before the next renewal to take effect from the following day.

Individual Paid Services:

Payment is required at the time of initiating the paid service.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Even if a user withdraws from the Service, they must cancel their Apple ID or Google Play subscription separately.

• MeetOn events can be canceled through the service interface.

• Even if users stop using the service, cancel automatic billing, or cancel hosting/participation in a MeetOn event, paid monthly fees and individual paid services are non-refundable.

• Due to the nature of the service, cooling-off provisions do not apply.

App Version:

• iPhone: Devices running iOS 15.0 or later

• Android: Devices running Android 7.0 or later (Japanese domestic models)

Browser Version:

• Windows: Computers running Windows 8 or later

• As of July 1, 2024, environments other than those listed above are not officially supported.
